Unicorner®
Bij ons horsysteem moet je normaal gesproken in verstek zagen, dus onder een hoek van 45 graden. Om ervoor te zorgen dat je de hoek na het maken van de hor niet meer ziet, komt dat zagen behoorlijk nauw. Als je machines hebt die je goed kunt afstellen is dat geen probleem. Maar voor jouw particuliere klant is dat best lastig. Of voor jezelf als je je machines niet tot je beschikking hebt. Dan is het best handig als je die 45 graden kunt vergeten.
Daarom bedachten wij de Unicorner®. Dit is een hoekstuk dat past op haaks gezaagde horprofielen. Met de Unicorner® krijg je met alleen recht zagen sowieso een strakke hor. Je schuift de unicorner in het profiel, je draait hem aan met een imbussleutel en hij zit!
Spring pin housing
The spring pin housing is also an example of a product developed on request. What problem did our customer need a solution for?
A standard spring pin set has two drawbacks. You have to use the screen upside down to operate it from the inside. And there is very little space between the profile and the pin.
The spring pin housing solves all of this!
