We can supply all the metal hardware you need: stamped parts, laser-cut products, and turned and milled components. In addition, we also offer latches and hinges in our range.

Metal stamping and laser cutting

Our stamped products are manufactured in China. Why? The cost of tooling is significantly lower there than in Europe. To give a concrete example: for a relatively complex product, the tooling in the Netherlands would cost almost ten times as much. In addition, the unit price is also an important factor. This is considerably lower in China compared to Europe.

Costs

If you want a product to be stamped, a minimum order quantity of 5,000 pieces is required. Is that too many? Then laser cutting and bending is an alternative. This is already possible from a single piece.

The unit price is higher than with stamping, but the advantage is that there are no tooling costs.

Levering

De levertijd voor metaalwaren is 3 maanden bij standaard vervoer per boot. Vaak is luchtvracht ook een geschikte manier als de producten niet te groot zijn. Dan kun je het product in 4 weken geleverd krijgen.

Materiaal

Zeker weten dat je product van het optimale materiaal wordt gemaakt? Dan voeren we materiaaltesten voor je uit bij onafhankelijke bedrijven.

Door hinges and latches

Looking for hinges or latches? They can be used for a wide range of applications. We supply standard products, but you can also order custom-made solutions from us.

For example, we offer powder-coated stainless steel hinges, or an anodised aluminium latch.

Bevestiging van de grendelpin

Grendelpinnen kunnen op verschillende manieren bevestigingd worden, zoals met een popnagel of door de pin als een schroef in de grendel te draaien. Zelfs een extra popnagel is mogelijk, ook voor gepoedercoate grendels.
