- The profiles are packed in bundles of approx. 15–20 kg
- To protect the profiles, foil or foam is placed between them. After that, the profiles are wrapped into bundles with stretch film.
- The bundles are loaded onto a pallet. A wooden base is placed under the pallet. This keeps the profiles from being damaged when the forklift moves the pallet.
- The profiles are loaded onto a metal trolley. This trolley is then driven into the container and securely fixed in place.
- Our logistics center has a loading dock. There, the metal trolley can be unloaded from the container and placed directly into a truck. This means you only need a forklift to receive the profiles.
